Access https://sss.datafiddle.net/api/v1/reqinfo with your proxy, and check the headers in the page, it the headers contains your real IP or any [proxy] related content, it means not safe, otherwise it is safe.

Well known resources like browerleaks or whatleaks will show you the same and much more information.

I think a better way to check your headers is to use an IP detection website such as whoer or ip2location. There are plenty of them and usually, they will tell if your proxy is transparent or not.

I've see many residential and mobile proxies being in spamhaus database.
What does it affect actually if I'm not gonna use the IP for emailing?
