A simple, easy Wordpress 'shopping cart' setup?

I'm burning up alot of time trying themes and plugins, etc..

maybe somebody has already done this. I just want to setup a Simple shopping cart wordpress site for some physical products. Be able to change the look of the site so it looks cool but nothing fancy with the shopping part.

want to be able to add and delete products and not take a butt load of time to set it up and go through a jillion features.

have shopperpress and a Free shopping cart plugin from wordpress on a regular theme but seems like a BETTER option must be somewhere
