I'm intensively subbing some TV shows with a bud and we wanna put a foot on this "movie streaming niche" by... launching our own WEBSITE!
But we're seriously lackin in knowledge, more precisely on what's the best solution for us to start streaming our .mp4 files with a SHORT BUDGET — let's say $50/mo, yeah... well...
Suggestions are welcome.
I wanna provide the best user experience possible with this ugly ass budget, which means : no latency nor downtime.
