A Service That Sends Out Your CD etc automatically

I used to know a service that would send your customer a copy of a CD/Ebook or whatever you are selling but can't remember the name.

Basically I want to send my customers a hard copy of what I'm seeling so they have to send it back before they get a refund, does anyone know of a service that does this?

We used to use: http://cd-fulfillment.com/ who were good. You can set it up to be automated if you forward them emails with the required info. If not, it's just a case of copy/pasting your customer info and they will handle the rest.

From what I remember, they were reasonably priced, too.

If you use Kunaki, there's a script to automate it.
But I don't have any info about the script.
