A sellers PayPal Page will it....

Was not sure where to post this but since eBay owns paypal thought I'd start here. LOL

I'm curious to know that if I save a sellers paypal page to my PC, the PP page with product price and info to buy their product, and buy the product from that saved file at a later time, will it process and deliver the order?

Just curious if this works for products with price increases so if a buyer wanted to get the earlier price they could as long as they saved the page with the lower price.

The answer is : NO... Unless the seller is dumb enough not to remove the outdated price from their inventory.
