A script to capture opt-in details from an affiliate promotion?

I am promoting a product through an affiliate link that goes to a squeeze page and I would like to have a way to capture those emails for myself as well.

The challenge is that this affiliate platform works with a 2-factor affiliate tracking system that matches the IP and opt-in details from subscribers.

So, I can't capture them myself and then ask them to opt-in AGAIN in the affiliate landing page.

I was thinking about using some kind of iFrame so the user gets cookied and the IP is registered in the affiliate tracking system, but then I don't know how to register them in the opt-in box of the affiliate page.

Any suggestion?
