I have been PM'd quite a few times about a reply I posted about a drop shipper I've been using for quite some time.

I think Maybe I should Post it here for the use of ALL BHW members new or old, as They are a TRUE Electronics/Computer/Video Games drop shipper, here in the USA, no middleman crap.

It is Free to join, but there is ONE stipulation, you must have a business license to be accepted.

They can Ship either to your store front, if you have one, or to your Residence if its a home based business. But They also Drop ship.

Yeah basically the are a middleman. I think I need to explain that these so called dropshipping companies are no more than individuals or companies that have a good wholesaler or dropshipper relationship and are passing the info onto you either marking up the price, charging you a fee or both.

When I used to work for a major electronic retailer I can tell you that what they pay wholesale on car and home electronics (radar detectors, a/v cables, home audio, car video, car audio) is very low. For example those very expensive Monster Cables that you pay $50+ for, well it cost them less than $4 to purchase.

Well, im not into selling stuff on ebay, neither dropship, but from what i read around, there are real stuff that you can get from asia. Mostly stay away from electronics, those are almost for sure fakes.

But jeans, shoes, t-shirts, this kind of items, can be found real in asia. Why? Just because thats where they are manufactured. Cheap labor, greed from the big corps means that, e.g. Levis pays 1dollar for a t-shirt and said to their manufacturer in asia: We want 10 000 t-shirts from this model, with X, Y, Z stuff and A, B, C, design, and we will pay you 1 dollar for each. Then the asian guy aint fool, he knows that he's been ripeoff because he knows that those t-shirts will be selling for 25+ dollars each. So the asian guy fucks up the big corp doing this, instead of 10 000 tshirts, he will do 50 000. Because he KNOWS how to make them, he do the REAL tshirts. Then he sells the 10 000 for 1 dollar to Levis ands the 40 000 remaining for 2 dollars to some export/import company.

By the way, i advice you guys to check the documentary: "The fake trade". Pretty good that explains A LOT about the fake market and it shows a little about how they catch guys "like you and me" selling fake stuff on ebay.

Sure they can, but then were are they going to find cheap labour? Africa? Africa aint a stable continent to invest $$$.

All asians do this, or 99% of them do. Even tho, they dont use the same manufactories to produce the "fake" items. They use one for the levis and another one, in a differente location, for the export/import, where both use the same raw materials.

I've a friend who works for a somewhat big import/export company. I know he does business with fashion brands. And what he does is, he usually fly to thailand every 3 to 4 months and do business there for some weeks. What he does is, eg (this one is true, he told me the full story) he buys sun glasses for 2 dollars each, non branded. Export them to europe and he's boss sells them to fashion brands for 10 to 12 dollars each. Those brands sell the same sun glasses, but now branded, for 50+ dollars. This is real. Thats why i say, fuck big corps and buy fakes, because they are the exact same product.

The real problem is to find these manufactories. You need certain connections in the market. You wont find them by googling

Like i said in the previous post, watch the documentary "The Fake Trade" (its a 2 part documentary) and you'll have an idea how the fake market goes.

Lots of places will charge you the same shipping cost buying 1 or 2 items as they would if you bought 100. Buy in Bulk then its worth it

You have to look at the equation from the seller point of view.
The S&H is for courier companies like fedex and DHL.
They have a minimum charge and $24 is almost like for all their cost,
the seller is not making much from the S&H.
So if the item you're buying is of low value, the shipping charge makes up a big proportion.

Products like cables, patchcords, tools, etc.

Well then if you can sell the item at $100, then you still make 100-50-24=26
through dropping, which is not bad at all (without cost of carrying inventory and logistics).

I see alot of talk about fake items.

This is the way I see it.

If you form a LLC and sell through that, you are not liable for misrepresented products.

Any sellers I deal with, even in China, I get their bank info, name , and their address.
That way if you DO get brought up on charges, which you probably wont, but if you do, you are not personally liable.

The company you were dropshipping from was misrepresenting products, not you.
You are as much a victim as anybody. And you can provide the judge or whoever with their info.
