Hi there

From your experience, how many backlinks built with black/greyhat methods can be made before I will caught Googles attention? Of course I understand that there is no exact number, but for example is 5000 to much?

That's not really how things are detected. Truthfully, it depends on a number of factors.
1. What timeframe did you post them in?
2. How old is your website/what is the domain authority?
3. What do mean by blackhat/greyhat? What kind of links are they?

You really expect us to reply with so less info.
As /\ said. You need to provide more details.
Pure blackhat will get caught and probably get your site deindexed in extreme cases.
If you are doing blackhat be prepared to lose the site in the long run.

It's about 30/70 percentage ratio here. 30 of Blackhat links and 70 of white hat. All in together called grey hat. This is all SEO is about now.

I'm sorry, I will explaine more.

What I'm building is:

1 - web2 like wordpress blogs with some tier2 links to them
2 - Article directories
3 - Some comments, not much
4 - Link directories
5 - Image commenting
6 - Wikis
7 - bought some blogposts with high PR

My website is about 1 month old, and its a normal business site with contact us page, info etc.

I have built about 3000 links, but Google webmaster tools only shows 190 of them.

The number lies not within the backlink count but type and how soon it triggers the algorithm.

You'll get along just fine if you do 100 web 2.0's with unique content but wouldn't survive for so long with 100 guestbook/comment/profile link spam.

In my experience it's all about drip feeding them. You can build 50 QUALITY backlinks in 1 day and then let Google pick them up over the next 5+ days WITHOUT trying to boost them anymore (though social bookmarking or pinging).

1 Month Website is still very young.
I would tell you to go slow. Even though Web 2.0 is good but too much of Web 2.0s in short span of time is not good.
Also don't index / ping the urls all at one go.
Build backlinks slowly and at the same time keep adding content to your main website as well.
It is important to keep everything growing naturally.
