A quick question for mods...

I just thought about that after being almost banned due to my spam...

Is it difficult to be a mod psychogically? Being here all the time and seeing so many personalities and sometimes crazy people and else?

Or most of the time, you mods are taking a step back emotionnally and it's not complicated?

I know each jobs have there flaws, but is it something enjoyable or it's tiring?

Just an honest conversation I wanted to have, if any of you have the time...

Mods need to also see how you send completely spammy messages to members in the forum (I have atleast 3 such spammy PMs from you).

It is a group pm chat and it is easy to just leave it if anyone want to not participate in it and get group pm´s, not rocket science.

We do our best to be dispassionate in our activity and we also rely on the Mod community to help make decisions but in the end, if it is in 4 corners of the terms of service that is our benchmark.

Usually Modding is enjoyable but you get the days, like in any position, where things are not as pleasant as you would like them to be but those are pretty rare.

I banned him and it says the reason in his user title.

Kept posting AI responses to threads outside of the lounge, then kept posting threads in the lounge after being told to post in the right subforum a dozen times.

Had so many reports that he was harassing other members with some friends too.

Not a cool guy at all. Don't mind a bit o fun but these obvious troll accounts have no place on a business forum when this is all they do.
