I'm looking for a good hosting provider, that provides limited space and bandwith for a cheap price. like 20bucks a year. Any suggestions?

You are not going to get truly unlimited bandwidth for 20 dollars a year, all the unlimited hosts place terms and conditions on what they mean by unlimited. Unlimited within fair use generally, so make sure that you watch out for that.

Bluehost ran a special for about $5.00 a month about a year ago.
Hostgator allows a person to host unlimited domains on a class C server for about $10.00 a month. Maybe you can get a friend to host your site on his account for free?

No, I think he meant cheap because he doesn't need much in terms of bandwidth, etc... My read on the OP is that he's not completely clueless; trying to get a lot for nothing. He just wants a little, for a little.
