For example we have three authority sites where we can put our links(directories, bookmarks, etc.) A, B, C; we have three buffer sites D, E, F(let's say ok quality with no backlinks) and money site.

Do we have much more linkjuice on money site if we link by A, B, C every buffer site pointing to money site than by linking straight from A, B, C to money site(even three times from each)?

Just my opinion.

If your links are real and pure and not spammy and add quality, linking them is not a horrible idea. (White Hat Natural)

If you have spammy backlinks then linking them could end up hurting you down the road as if one site get busted and it's tied to the others chances are you will have one site kicked and the rest will suffer serp penalization.

Also by tying all three together if there is an update that effects one of those types of links all three sites will be affected.

My question was little different - do these three buffer sites give any added value in terms of linkjuice/power? To make it easier:
case a)
A->MS (even three times from different pages but we know that every next link from the same domain is less value)
case b)
A->D->MS
A->E->MS
A->F->MS

They will pass more link juice if they, meaning A, B and C are on different servers or on different C class IPs.

If it is not spammy links then sure link them and pass the link juice on but if they are not build properly I would
leave the buffer in place. Always be careful how close some content gets to your money site.
