A question to flippers?

I was looking at websites sold on flippa.Most of the site i saw are not really blogging but providing a service. My question is how do they get their site built to suit the preference they need? I was thinking of starting a 3d service like 3docean dt nt but don't know how to get started. I also saw Traffic selling biz, Social media biz, dropshipping,file sharing.How do they build the site to provide the service? Thanks

1, Find someone who can provide that service. For example Social Media Likes.
2, Build a website around what that person or persons are selling
3, Sell the website as a turnkey business ready to go
4, when someone buys it you give them the site, the domain and the source where to buy the service for cheaper.
5, Rinse and Repeat.
6, Good Luck.

if u know nothing about building sits to monetize, then outsource the work, will be easier for u
