A question regarding to Paypal

Hello guys, first of all if I'm posting in the wrong section i apologize, move it to the right one ..
So my question is, I created a paypal account and i choosed USA as the country of it. I did this because I couldn't receive or send money from the country I live ( Kosovo/Albania ). But what I didn't realised was that paypal will ask me for a Bank Account( Which i used my payoneer bank account to verify it ), a credit card, which i will have to pay someone to make me a VCC for it, and yeah it requires a SSN ( Which i guess i'm not able to get ) I was wondering if I could lift the limit of " Withdraw money " from $500 to lift it up without providing a SSN, but just linking the VCC to it. If you're willing to say create a new paypal with different country, I would, but i can't link the same bank account to the other paypal, so I will need another bank account where I could withdraw money, I asked payoneer if they could close my bank account and open a new one but they're not answering my ticket ! Looking forward to get an answer.

P.S I provided them a fake SSN which i generated in a ssn generator site and i tryed to make it valid from ssn validator, but still the Confirm your SSN is not ticked, even though ssn is shown in my profile.

If you are creating a paypal account in different country then you would need bank account of that particular country in order to withdraw your money, you can not withdraw in your payoneer or any virtual bank accounts. Also PayPal makes note of IP's as well from where you will access their account.

Practically its next to impossible to fool PayPal these days, as they are literally very strict on their TOS and they can limit your account any time and can ask you to send documents to life the limit, which obviously you won't be able to provide.

Well, I understand your point, but you're able to link an US bank account even if you live in another country, if i knew this i'd do with a paypal where i would choose the country "Albania".
I would close my paypal account, but still I wouldn't be able to link the bank account to my new Paypal account.

I should have read this before making this question it says TWO of the three steps below (not the three of them ). So i guess i will be able to lift up the limit. But now i'm wondering if it's safe to use it to withdraw money from that paypal to my payoneer bank account, I mean can they limit my account.

Well as I said earlier, moment they found anything suspicious they can limit your account and can ask you to send required documents..so always be ready for this.

It is safe to withdraw money from paypal to payoneer US bank account. I did this before and I'm from ph and so as my paypal.
 
Be careful with the SSN man, when they ask for verification documents they will also ask for SSN.
 
Ah, okay thanks for the infos, maybe i should contact them and ask them for this issue, maybe it might be solved.
But as I would be the only user of paypal, will use the same IP always, i don't think that they may find somethign suspecios. But I'll be carefull.

For how long are you withdrawing money to your payoneer bank account from paypal ?
 
They don't limit your account only when you change your IP. They also limit it when you go over a certain money threshold. When you have received and sent more then 1000$, be prepared to get limited. Sometimes this happens even faster.

$1000 at a time or $1000/month ? P.S I have the check payment option but i wanted to be payed with paypal so I could be paid faster, at the moment I have $780, if so i guess i will have to stop promoting my product, or i'll have to get paid by a check.
 
1000$ if you sum up all the transactions. Keep in mind this is an approximation, meaning it could happen faster or slower.
 
damn, gotta do something about this. Don't wanna lose any money cause of their rules.
 
Research before you proceed further to be on the safe side, as they could limit your account anytime since you are not from the USA for you to be allowed to have a USA based paypal account. And, dont make the mistake of telling them about it in the hopes of getting help.
 
how much money do you have in the paypal account exactly? from my experiance they will be more strick if you have more money

I don't have any money on it yet. It's a fresh new account probably one moth old didn't received or sent any money.

You either need an account in the USA or you need to partner up with someone you trust in the USA. Fake SSN and data will get your account limited, it's just a matter of time.

I'm using my real name there, but a fake address located in LA. And as the Paypal is on my name, I can't partner up with someone in USA for SSN because paypal name can not be changed, as it require document proofs of the name change..
 
Paypal can easily identify a fake SSN. The best thing is to provide accurate information to recover the account or create another one
