A question regarding just host hosting service

On their website, they claim that with their service, you get a free domain name registration for one year. So what, I just buy their $2.95 hosting package and I get any available domain name I choose? can I choose the dotkom domain? couldn't find anything about it on their website.

Would appreciate if someone could clarify.

It's better to their support...! Sometime you have to buy atleast 1 year hosting for a free domain
