A question regarding freelance platforms

Hello to everyone.
Can you tell me if there is a freelance platform that meets my requirements?

1. I can pay freelancers using my AMEX card.
2. While working as a freelancer I can withdraw money to my Payoneer account.

Please, mention as many platforms as you can (excluding Upwork).

Fiverr, Guru, People per hour.

Fiverr does not support AMEX. I will check the other two ones you mentioned.

You can pay through payoneer as well.

I believe you misunderstood my question. I need platforms that meet both my requirements.
I need to pay ONLY using AMEX card (there are no other methods to pay for me).
I need to withdraw ONLY to Payoneer account (no other withdrawal methods).

yeah you can pay from the credit card when you pay for a freelancer
you can withdraw your money using Payoneer account in freelancer but you need a minimum 30$

Man, I am asking for examples

Tell me the platforms where I can use AMEX to pay and Payoneer to withdraw.
I know Upwork allows to do this. But for some reasons, I am not going to use it.

I've also excluded Fiverr (they don't support AMEX as a method to pay freelancers) and Freelancer.com (They don't support Payoneer to withdraw money)
