A question re: getting approved by Amazon Associates

I'm setting up an autoblog to use with amazon associates. I've applied once already using my domain with a generic "Hello World" placeholder page as my site and I was denied. Will amazon care if my site is an autoblog?

I'd just go ahead and try again when my blog is ready but a bunch of denials probably won't help my case.
