a question from proxy sellers and tech guys

hi guys i recently bought a residential static ip from torgaurd and when i checked my dedicated ip on ip2location it said proxy type= dch datacenter ...so i comtacted the torgaurd support and they said that analyze is wrong and we are sure its residential ...so my question is are they telling the truth? shouldn't it be saying fixed line isp to the residential ip on analyze?

Resi ip cant be detected as datacenter ip no matter what. Might be old datacenter block. See with other checkers if the result is same ask for refund

i tried and still the same i asked for refund or changing the ip but they asked for 4 dollars to change the ip and cant gaurantee the new ip to not be known as a datacenter
