A question for you big timers

So as I read through a lot of these threads, I've noticed there are a lot of people say they are growing accounts of like 5-10K(Real followers) in one week. How are you guys growing them so fast? Is it a mixture of shout outs and a bot?

5-10K in a week is a lot for a just a bot. I would lean towards the shout outs.

I agree. I guess my better question would be are they shouting out with their own accounts or using a service or what are they doing to grow an account that quick.
