Would just like the heads up on the value of these 2 expired domains,
Are they worth anything ?

If you are looking to just re sell them at just the name only then reg fee. If they have high metrics then you can sell them for PBN but again as a name alone maybe a few $XXX for 5i.com.au but the .me domain i would pass on if it was 0.99

For buying a .com.au you need to have an australian presence.

As for value, in my opinion they are both worthless in point of view of reselling them.

$0 for both. If you need Appraisal then try flippa and also try listing them may be you will get few $$

5i.com.au might be worth something to someone, as Dejanlesi mentioned, you have to be an AU resident with an address to own .com.au domains so your audience is limited. I know we have Aussie members, but I don't know how many.

I wouldn't pay the reg fee for either domain personally.

I would say they're both worth around $0 as well...The 5i.com.au might have a little value, but would be much better if it were either 2 letters or 2 numbers. Personally, I wouldn't waste the reg. fee on either... Also, as others have mentioned, you will need an Australia presence to register .COM.AU domains.
