A question for Ipad users - which video player is best ?

I just tried HD player and loaded my prison break and it did not support AC3 sound codec

So which free video player is best ?

The video is hd and have embedded subtitle

I'm using MX player and its working fine with HD videos.

i recently downloaded an app on my apple ipad air called mb2 because I thought it would allow me to watch youtube videos offline but it doesn't seem to do that, it does seem to be a good video player though.

I use VLC for my android. i dont know if it is not acceptable in ipad.

Its a media server that you run on your desktop. You can then stream all your media to your ipad/phone/tv and you dont have to worry about moving it around. Its awesome for me. I have 150 movies and 2000+ Tv episodes that I can stream in HD to my tv (through Roku), ipad, or iphone anytime.

Its all put together in a neat little easy to navigate interface similar to netflix.

The plex account is free but you will have to pay $5 for the ipad app. It will decode any video formats and playback compatibility wont be an issue. Well worth it for the convenience IMO.
