A question for all you freelancers

So I do marketing for a living, a business partner and I recently launched a tool that auto bids on freelancing jobs, its a chrome extension but for the life of me I am having a hard time finding where to market it. (it is made for the site freelancer.com)

Suggestions are highly welcome.

Promote in different freelancer marketing groups, it will be a plus if you have a free version too. Also, make a optin page to collect emails and promote your paid benefits.
