A question and a method

i have a classifieds/bidding affiliate that pays me per sign up who buys something from the site.
i have a good idea for a method, but need some help from y'all first

my method is:
post an advert on any other classified site, selling something (you dont need to actually have the thing) for more than people should pay. for example, sell a cellphone thats valued at say $50, for $150. in your adverts say: " to see photos and info about the phone please visit www.youraffiliate.com

the ad i refer the person to has the same product, but for cheaper, so they just think im an idiot, sign up and buy the thing, and i get paid from my affiliate.

this is the question part:
i need the link to my affiliate to go to a specific URL, so for this one, to go to the URL for the same cellphone, but still be seen as a referral.

this is what my link looks like:

i would guess you change
target=http://www.myaffiliate.com/">
to
target=http://www.myaffiliate.com/advertihavechosen">
but i just want to know if thats 100% so i dont waste my time?

the other cool thing about this method is, if some tard actually wants to buy the phone for $150, you just buy it and sell it to them and make a cool $100

I saw a similar method using Craigslist for the ad and linking to Amazon affiliate for the reviews/specs.

All he wants to do is change the landing page. It confused me at first as well.

He is basically asking if he changes the target if he will still get credit for a sale
