A question about youtube hand-drawings vids.

Hey there guys,

I am have prepared lot of contents to make on youtube but i have a question.. 2 years ago,, i used to watch somevids with hand-drawings.. the commentator talks and there is a hand on the screen dragging pics writing words.. coloring shapes...etc.. so i thought that they hire some designers to do that for them.. but now i see lot and i mean A LOT of people making youtubes vid with the same way.. so i think that maybe there is a software with assets to do that.. if you can provide me with information about this.. i would be very thankful..
