Is there any way to get the Wordpress theme a person is using for their website if it's a custom theme?

No, it's a custom theme which cannot be downloaded anywhere else except from that site. Here's the link to it:

it is not wordpress, I didn t find the stylesheet or plugin or anything of wordpress

hire a freelancer that can replicate the theme, that's the only way you can get a 100% exact same theme

Its definitely wordpress.
Here is the link for stylesheet: /css/style.cssImages: images/
Profile Backgrounds: /images/profile_bg/
Theme: /wp-content/themes/

As Themes Directory is blank, I am quite sure its a script installed on wordpress & not a theme or template.

Is there anyway to download the script, or would it be easier to just have a freelancer replicate the theme?
