I have a plan for registering a new domain and spamming the hell out of it. but before doing that I have a few questions...

    1. On the same web hosting, I have my main site.. So it will be OK to host the new domain (which I am planning to rank with spam) on the same hosting?? Will this effect my main site??

If yes then what if I use cloudflare for the 2nd site?

It depends on the hosting, some people say hostgator cares about mass spam, I have spammed the shit out in diferent hostings and no problem atm.

    So just try for yourself.

If you are making bank with your other site then why take the risk when you could host it on another
host for a couple of bucks? In my opinion when you are testing something like this you need to separate it.

I think that if you are on a shared hosting, many sites will have the same IP, so in the end, it doesn't matter, at least to my understanding.

If someone can confirm this, would be awesome!

if you are on shared hosting plan, I would advice you to go and host your other site on the same hosting. It wont matter much..go for the kill.

If you're making any amount of money from your money site, just quarantine it...

I host my spammed out sites on hostgator shared, and they really don't care (in my experience). Your mileage may vary.
