I have a Paxum account for 6 years now. It was fully verified (identity, address too). I've never used it. When FCP went tits up 2 years ago, just like many others, i tried to find other means to get paid. I gave a go to Paxum too. I realized, i had a typo in my address, so i changed it, which triggered an address verification. No biggie, i submitted proof of address. They weren't able to process it in 2 years. lol
At the same time, i created accounts with other two payments processors, i submitted the required documents and the accounts were verified and ready to go in a matter of a day or two.
I just tried to log in to Paxum and now it's even better, it's like i've never submitted any documents and they've never verified anything, they're asking for the same things, which were already submitted and verified long time ago. Phone number, proof of identity, proof of address. Are you kidding me?
There were issues with the waiting time for their card too, i'm not sure, if they fixed this since then or not, but people often needed to wait months for the card and their funds were stuck there in the meantime.. External credit card loading doesn't work for many people either.
And even those, who managed to get their account fully verified, they have the card, say that the support sucks big time.
Is this the kind of service you would want from a company, which you trust your money with?
You can find a high number of bad reviews about Paxum on this very forum. If you have other options like Payoneer, go with them. I'm with them for over 12 years now, i rarely had any issue with them and on the rare occasion when i did, it was solved in one or two business days at tops.
