A question about facebook page

Hello folks! And good morning (its 9am here)..

I would like to ask about creating a facebook page. If I create a facebook page, will people know its me that created it? i.e will my friends in my personal fb knows that i created that page.

No they won't know its you.

The page is separate to your normal account and doesn't come up in a newsfeed when you create one.

I think you can make a page without an account nowadays, now your account wont be affilited with your account so you don't somehow invites a friend to "granny f*cker".
