a question about creating thread in Buy/Sell/Trade forum..

Hi all

I've been trying to submit a thread in "Buy/Sell/Trade" forum and everytime I hit the post button I get this message "Sorry, you must comply with our agreement in order to make a post in this forum.", I have already read the rules and followed the instructions. but I still keep getting this message...

here is the Guidelines for Posting and Receiving Approval For BuySellTrade Thread:

You must have 100 or more quality posts. (done)
You must have donor status. (done)
You must have been a forum member for 90 days or more. (done)
You must be free from infractions and bans. (don't have)
Your product/service must comply with all BHW rules, including but not limited to, no forums, no coaching, no illegal services. Check the rules before deciding on a thread. (already checked)
Your thread should include clear contact and refund policies. (done)
Your product and service must be of quality and priced reasonably. BHW staff will be the sole arbitors of this. (done)
You must have 10 or higher reputation. (done)

am I missing something here?

There is a little check box you have to pick, and it will let you post the thread, i think the error means that you didnt notice that.

I was using the first submit button.. didn't relies there is a checkbox down and needs to be ticked.. thanks matey...
