can I have a visitor fill in forms on my website and then send the data to the CPA offer?
Or does the visitor have to actually go to the landing page of the company providing the offer.
can i intergrate the offer to my website page?

owning your data you can do that if the offer is a "pre-pop offer"

You have to send the visitor to the advertisers landing page for a successful lead.

You can only send visitors to your custom coded landing page that links to the network's own.
