A question about Blog content?

Hi guys,

I am newbie and I've been researching and have read probably 4 ebooks in the last 24 hours about how to make money with niche blogs and I've took notes and learned a little bit so far, However I'm preparing to write up some articles starting now and being finished by the end of this week.

My question to you all is that, if I decide to create all original content and share my own stories on my niche... Could I get sued?? Like do I have to buy articles from a professional? Because I do not consider copying some one else's content due to the chance of getting sued. For example I'm doing a blog on anxiety and depression in which I have suffered from both and has overcome those things, and I will like to share my story on how I overcame it and offer a strategy and techniques on how I overcame it and how it helped me and by sharing those things I look to encourage the viewer/sufferer.

This question might sound silly and crazy, but I just want to be sure because like I mentioned I am a newbie and I just want to be sure and make sure I have information covered.

If copy content, it's absolutely wrong, illegal, unethical ...

But, you'll write up by yourself with the experience that you've overcame. That's good and it's courage to write up the stuffs that you've experienced with.

In addition, you could add a disclaimer page about it. It's from your personal experience, so you're not responsible for any damage or cause etc......
 
Original content will never bring you trouble dude. Unless of course, you are posting tutorials on how to hack the US government website or something like that. My point is that you should be fine, don't be so paranoid ^^
 
You can write yourself with the experiences of your own which will be Original content writing and best idea for blogging with niche.
I suggest better to write yourself by studying some writing techniques which helps to make your content more better with right keywords and niches.
 
No worries bro, if it is original and not about illegal exploits etc there is no worry about getting sued or being on the wrong side of the law.

With regards to SEO article writing i suggest you read up on LSI and Keyword densities etc.

Perhaps when u get good enough someone will pay for you to write!

Perfectly Said....Original content that makes a worthwhile investment of time. You can't very well assert the uniqueness of your business by relying on content developed by others. @OP, Go ahead with your own content...Build trust that you are highly competent in the industry.....

Always remember that the way to success is never short, it is always long and requires genuine effort, and once success is achieved by this method, it lasts very long. On the otherhand short tricks can give timely success. I hope you got my point.
 
Even if you buy articles from a professional, how can you be sure that they are actually professionals too ? As long as you set up a disclaimer page and private policy stating that these are just purely your own experiences and are not meant to be used as medical advice then you should be fine.
 
Writing your own story is better than copying/buying from others but you should make it clear in your content that it's your own experience and not any expert's advice
 
Nope. You won't be sued for that since you are writing your own experiences. Good luck to your writing :)
