A Question About Amazon Reviews

We have Amazon accounts with a USA location and a lot of shopping history. We want to use these accounts to sell review services. But our location is Canada. We couldn't solve the problem of receiving the products. Does anyone have any advice on the workflow?

This is a very simple question. I am more interested in your current success rate and the credit card provider you use. We do not have Canadian business, so there is no conflict and we can have more exchanges.
