I see many people want to buy adword account. It is hard to get adword account, isn't it?

For me, it's very easy, just need a google account

Maybe because I sell them

Dont break my sales

Well, its because, the adwords account should be activated with a Credit Card or Bank transfer to get it running!

Until then, Ads would never run!!

well i think, adword new accounts are mostly under review, no matter how good your compaign in, it wont work untill they complete the review.
so people gets those accounts which are already reviewd and working.
