Hey there,
in the Arab world, there is a website that gets 120 millions visits per month and when i use google to search to see how many results are there,i found that there are only 13 millions results on google.. the results on the front page are just general blogs that are not focusing in the niche?

so do you think that entering this niche is a good thing? since there is only one site that is focusing on this niche?

Sure, why not? Google generally gives more preferences too vertical sites than horizontal news sites. But if there is a huge omission of a site that highly satisfies the intent, then it will pick based on authority (the news sites generally are favoured of this).

Nowadays I see pages that are going extremely horizontal covering extremely bizarre topics. For example, psychology sites talking about "flea bites remedies" which is really weird.

like Bloomberg or Forbes. Especially the later, it's become kind of like a more formal buzzfed.
