A proxy or VPN that appears to someone checking as a normal IP?

Hi, does anyone know where there are lists of proxies VPN that appears to someone checking to be a normal IP?

E.g. A VPN service provided by a reputable residential ISP, etc?
Basically just something that I can say is a ''legit'' IP, and can't be called a VPN?

Thank you for any help, I was one of the volunteer writers for a text game and got banned for an argument with the guy that runs it, and now I can't even play.

All vpns look like legit IPs, unless is free and overused there it ip banned.

A lot of VPNs when you look up their WHOIS information are registered to hosting companies etc, sure if the VPN is a proper VPN it's impossible to tell it's a VPN by technical measures like you can with a proxy, sure, sure, but it will fool a computer but not someone who looks up the company the IP comes from...

Any human looking at an IP can tell it's a VPN if the DNS or WHOIS goes to a website offering webhosting or even blatantly sellling VPNs on the front page like some idiots do (I have seen people do this myself in my time as an admin!)

Surely there must be some legit ISP that runs a VPN service?

Buy a VPN with Static IP and your problem will be pretty much solved.

So far the problem I have seen is that all the IPs given by VPNs tend to, when one looks up their WHOIS info, not look like valid ISP internet addresses at all - but have a weblink that advertises hosting or even blatantly says that it is a VPN, to anyone checking. Anything that is obviously a VPN to a human checking (not just an automated check) just does me no good.
