What you need is a web 2.0 submitter that allows you to build your own custom templates.

Try the Zennoposter,Ubot,Automagic etc to make an automation.
If they are using same Engine then you can do more easily instead you will need to make for each site itself.If it's worth it better hire some one OR company to do that to save time if you can.

Edit: I see you wanted to make a custom site list. In that case, try Zennoposter. Ubot tends to crash often. I can't comment on Turbo Web2.0 except for the fact that the seller (djp3k05) was very unpleasant to deal with because he ripped me off.

The best option for custom web 2.0 property lists is Autofill. Alternatively, you can try Zennoposter of use Ubot. With UBot comes a lot of tutorials on how to do it.
After a second look, Autofill magic is pretty sweet. It's intuitive and very easy to use, and is nearly 100% automatic. I actually like the fact that I can view every step of the Web2.0 creation to registration to article posting so I can make sure no errors were made.
Zennoposter/Ubot has a bit of a learning curve with regular expressions and loops/arrays, but it benefits from 100% automation.

500 custom web2.0s, I think you could try GSA or rankerx first and see how many verifieds you could get.
