You should Start reading Neil Patel, Darren Rowse , Brian Deans Blogs... These are enough to get you started... And dont put yourself into the dark cavern , just grab and read whatever you find around IM......

Of course it can be done without getting banned. What's that stat? Only 40% of clicks are real? But you better be a damn smart coder and IMer (Or hire one) if you plan to get away with it. Only such a person would be able to come up with a balanced method. Not that I'm suggesting you should try because it's borderline inappropriate to even post a thread about around here and unless you have the necessary skills you'll never get away with it to any degree anyway.
