If it is, how about a plugin that post from WP to FB ?
There are some of these out there, it will be as easy for you to write your post in WP and they will be posted on FB automatically at the same time.

If it is not yours and you basically want to rip content out of groups, then you're probably looking for a custom autoblogging plugin.

Networked blogs will allow you to auto post from wp to fb. My site has a plugin that posts updates from my fan page to my blog slider. I'll see if I can find the plugin name for you.
