A Paypal account connected to RDP

Hello guys, can someone help me how to connect my PayPal account to RDP because someone wants to send me funds. He recommends a lot that my PayPal account should be connected to RDP so that funds can be transferred to my account and without RDP funds can't be transferred. I need help here. I don't know what to do.

To receive money or funds, why PayPal needs to be logged in inside an RDP ? Not necessary.
Any you mentioned that it is your PayPal account.
It seems like that person wants to scam you or use you as a mule.

Okay I go you. So what can i do to receive the funds because this guy loads Paypal accounts, so i bought one of his service so that he can send me the funds. He said he is sending the funds from a Hacked account so i need rdp Paypal connected account for funds to be sent. Without rdp Paypal account funds can't be transferred.

He is most likely trying to scam you, don't do it.

You have ALREADY been scammed. You have "bought" (paid) for his service which is dubious in nature. And now, to scam you further, it appears that the scammer has succeeded to convince you that to receive the money or funds, your PayPal must be logged in inside an RDP !!!
You appear to be convinced by that scammer and believing him or her. Next, that scammer will hijack (compromise) your PayPal account.
You have been scammed and will be scammed again (by the same scammer).
