Can i use same SEO techniques for ".co.cc" as we apply with .com , .org etc or there are some thing different?

Can ".co.cc" compete with other domain to get High PR?

I don't think so, don't waste your time, go get a dot com and won't have to worry.

I don't think the extension makes a difference.

But for the sake of $7 i'd buy my own domain, you can use subdomains if you want to save cash...

Also, it says it's free, but when i tried to register a good keyword it asked for $25.... I'd be very suspect about running any whitehat site via them - they might jack the price up.
