A NEWBIE WHO'S MAKING 10 $ A DAY

Hello guys, i'm a newbie actually but i've had a huge experience in offline marketing and also commercial service and customer service ....

making 10$ a day is not really hard it's simple but a bit boring by repeating the same thing, especially that my newbie method can not be automated, when i've tried to automated it i have earned 5 $

i have a question if you can help tho, what is the best adult ad network that doesn't require a huge amount to start ? any suggesting ?

JuicyAds and TrafficJunky will both let you start with minimal budgets.
Just bear in mind though, a lot of people test at really low levels, fail to get results, think it doesn't work and leave.
Adult media buying really works, but you have to be prepared to spend at the outset to get the levels of traffic needed to optimise your campaign. I would recommend saving enough to really give it a go and make it work, rather than throwing small amounts at it.

Exactly what @kickthat said, really good advice, a lot of big fishes competing in adult nowadays you better be ready with a good testing budget that you can allow to burn without any worries
