A newbie try to change his future<< help him pls

I've taken action this time but I'm so noob and I need your advice here.

My situation:
I created website to help people set up their website and also provide graphic design service.

I guide people who do not know how to set up wordpress website until they got one up and running. I charge only $5 and also earn from affiliating with hostgator. My graphic design work like create banner, header, logo is outsource to design student in nearby college. For the E-cover, I can do it myself, so I can afford to charge lower rate if my customers buy in bundled.

Then, I integrate Paypal button to each service and redirect it to my thank you page, for them to fill in their service requirement.

My problems:
This is my very first time selling service online. I do not know what is the rate other people are charging for those service. And also because lack of experience, maybe I can't see those potential problems! So, I'm asking BHW members to give me some advice, help me to point out what can I improve.

Please tell me what do you think about my website and service offered. Please give me your ideas, opinions, or even criticism!! I will accept all of them and try my best to improve it. Your experience is very much appreciated!!

I've join BHW for quite some time till now but it's shame to say I haven't make a cent online. More sad, none of my friends and family members are supporting me. They think I'm just wasting my time, trying to make money online.

The problem is not to decide upon the charge should be taken for the services provided. The main problem and your focus should be to find customers to buy your products and services.

Having targeted visitors (necessary amount) to your site, the you can decide on your price quota.

In short;

1- What do you want to do? Setup a wp blog? Thousands are doing that. What makes you different from that crowd?

2- What will be the type of your customers? Noobs, gurus? Girls, boys, the old/young?

3- and so many things. Sorry I suddenly gave up writing since this froum has it all.

Finally this is my saying:
Be on the first page of Google. The rest is just a taste.
