a newbie question aoubt blackhat cpa

iv read alot of threads on bhw and i was thinking of trying my luck in cpa but there is one thing tht i wanted to ask...

if i am giving away some download product to my visitors but i require them to complete some survey or some offer in order to get the download then ...
a- is it allowed by cpa networks?
b- do i need to have rights to tht download product?
c- if lets suppose i am not the owner of tht product and not authorized to give it away so can i still let my visitors hv it without getting banned by my network? cuz people do this all the time iv seen so many websites asking to fill out offers in order to download so-n-so movie/software/game!!! would i need to sign up under some blackhat cpa network?

A = Depends on CPA
B = Yes
C = Depends on if they catch on or not. If they know you are using ilegal methods, any reputable company will not allow it.

Wat abt black hat networks? Do they allow such methods?

You know there are some folks on here that own CPA companies and they may not mind that kind of traffic. With the big CPA companies you have to be careful and really discuss your methods with your affiliate manager before doing this.

A) Well that all depends on the network and the offer, if you're offering something in return you have to use incentive offers, because you're offering them something in return for them filling out your offer.

B) Yes you do, otherwise you're basically using someone else's property to earn money yourself.

C) It's not allowed, but heck, you're on a blackhat forum, if they catch you your account will get suspended but as you said, there's a lot of people out there doing it, but they're obviously covering their tracks.
If you want to work things like this you'd have to find out how to cover your tracks properly, to make sure they don't know you're offering pirated things for your visitors filling in your offers.
