Simple explanation: You can make your own iptv panel (like xtream) BUT withouth downloading or installing anything. Also, server issues runs by their own son you don't need and has lots of interesting stuff (iOS, android, STB, your own website, etc)

For a newbie or someone starting into this who doesn't have much no invest it's the best option to start and grow I think
