He lies! I get in on 0.5 sekundz and I bring in the moniez and everything else too.

But seriously, it depends what you do to get it indexed. Social Bookmarking the site would be a good start.

they'r talking about the sitemap-feature of your site.

If you use wordpress, check for sitemap plugin - there are several good ones, which are basic plugins you definitely need

the sitemap will be accessable by yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml and (depends on the plugin) yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml.gz

Some plugins automatically ping google, bing and yahoo so the crawlers come on their own.

You can increase the indexing time by several steps, like unique content, external links to your content or even tweets and facebook-likes / shares about your stuff on maybe a facebook-page.

There are some tools who automatically send the latest updates to a pre-definied facebook-page, as soon as you submit them.

A good internal link-structure will help you also after your first urls got indexed.
