Ouch that hurts...well maybe not if you got one of those .15c accounts. Well than again unless your campaign was doing well. Always go organic accounts and pva...all pvas should have the number still so re verify...if you have that option. Our accts we cant use the number again so we keep them.l

This is definitely a new issue to deal with, but it can be bypassed. Especially if the account is PVA to begin with and you either have access to the number or if you stay in good communication with your account supplier.

This will be big problem (hope that facebook will remove it, just like that recognize a photo thing).
Does it comes with non pva accounts or only pva?

I havent met with it yet, but i have some dozen of temp suspended normal accounts, time to check them!

edit: checked, normals are just a captcha as usually, so its just for pvas, that would be silly to force ppl to use their phone to make pvas..

I have not met with this new verification either, but I am willing to bet Facebook isn't going to remove it. They never completely removed the photo verification, they just usually give you a shot at the DOB verification before resorting to the photo verification. Now that this new verification has been implemented, I am not sure yet how all of this will factor in.

If I encounter this new verification I will post back with results.

The photo verification was obviously a hassle for them after they implemented it, therefore that's why you get a shot at the DOB verification first and that is why they implemented this new verification. I really do not think it is going anywhere because anyone with a legitimate FB account will easily be able to verify it with their cell phone. I am guessing this will replace the photo verification since that was just a horrible implementation on FB's part in the first place. Let's just hope this isn't going to be the only method of verification from now on. Hopefully we'll still get a shot at the DOB verification method before encountering this new one, but something is telling me that isn't going to be the case because the DOB verification is easily circumvented by bots. We'll see.

Tie all of your accounts to a certain IP and keep it that way! The greatest favor you can do yourself these days is to avoid any roadblocks at all costs!

Good to hear. I just checked two non-PVA accounts of mine that are roadblocked and they are still getting the photo verification, no phone verification. Oh well.

After spending a couple of years on Cranky Craigs I can tell you that it doesn't matter if your pva comes with a phone number for a day or for life. Its your activity that matters and if you don't recognize that then your in the wrong biz. I would go do some research on algorithms and understand what they can and cant do b4 anybody tries to figure this 400m member beast out. In the meantime...do it like a natural person would do it and you can march your campaigns to the bank and not worry about your fanpage going kaboosh because you bought some mass produced lead lined pva fb account that has one year phone number attached. Who you gonna call when you get banned....ghost busters?

Probably the most intelligent thing said including myself on this thread. The question is how to avoid the road blocks...can buy 1 year phone number as suggested...or....just "avoid any roadblocks at all costs"!

Listen to what this guy is saying, because he is right. PVA or not, it is your activity that is going to determine your fate on FB.

I just unlocked two of my accounts that encountered the DOB verification roadblock. In both instances, I was asked to reset my password after passing the verification. Since this happened on two separate accounts, I am guessing it is here to stay. With the new phone verification method having been implemented, I figured I would make a post about this new feature to keep everyone informed.

I have tried logging on different IP, but didn't get into that trouble, it might that it just implemented on some accounts.

if you wrong the photo verification...you must confirm the mobile phone...
I have just lost 3 PVA :-|

That will be a huge problem for pva account sellers.

This is epic fail. I think FB will just do this if your activity is kinda weird.
