A new idea?

So I got this idea while using popups.

What if you used a CPA network that makes you money by people just getting on the site, but you use a blog for it? You have a blog, have a popup on it and the blog automatically redirect you to the site? Would it work? Anyone that has any ideas for it?

Kinda new to the popup market and I am so insecure in it. Anyone that has any good ideas on it? Currently using poponclick.com.

There's not really a CPA network that pays you just for getting people to their site. You can buy low quality traffic for fractions of fractions of pennies, so nobody's willing to just pay you for a visitor. The lowest commitment payment you can get is generally a CPL payout for email or zip code. Sometimes you can get paid for CPM traffic; but you'll have a hard time making significant money with that.
