    ok been awhile since i shared something that can benefit people.
    anyway i am here to introduce "rhythmic breathing"
    remember when people told you about take deep breath to calm your self, it is wrong, it is all about rhythm.
    this also used to get you out of headache , and many more things
    all you have to do is breath rhythmic for about 10 minutes
    follow the video and see that it will works


    don't forget to mute the sound

    benefits:
    1- you will be smarter. cause it make oxygen goes to some parts of your brain, google it if you want
    2- you will be relaxed and problems wont worry you
    3- get out of ur heache and many more

    Breathing exercises? No offense but what a load of crap.

    This stuff is for pregnant women, the elderly, crippled... or people who are too lazy to just get up do real "exercise" like run, bike or lift weights.

    I'll keep to to my running and lifting weights, you can keep doing yoga with your lungs.

    And if you really consider this "exercise" I'm definitely outliving you.
