Hi bhw members, I'm a 19 year old hustler.

Just like the title says...i've been thinking too much (necessary and unnecessary things) these days.

This has never happened to me before until i lost my $50+ a day method with instagram (last month). I've been trying to figure out new ways to make money after that.

Thought it was normal until yesterday...i nearly ran out of the bathroom when i was taking my bath...having this kinda strong heart beat (this may sound funny, but it's not).

If you have come across an issue like this... Please tell me how you solved yours.

BTW I've taken some medicines but i need more tips.
Thanks

First of all please dont be stressing to much, I am really sorry this happened to you. Please go and see a doctor, camomile tea i find calms me when I am to stressed or nervous. Go through the journey threads, pick something you like and try it. Please keep me updated. Take care of yourself

I Think, You're Breaking your own Heart by thinking too much (necessary and unnecessary things)
So, First Stop Thinking about the unnecessary things & Everything will be alright then

Tips :
- Start focus on your favorite / Interested things (or)
- Just close your eyes & Deeply focus your Breath (Breath-in and Breath-out)
- or Travel, Music, Affirmations, Read or anything to change your thoughts on unnecessary Thing will be the Best Solution.

Mind is Everything, So Take care of your Mind :)
Hope you will be Alright sooner, The Better!

Thank you all... I really appreciate.

Here's some positive perspective:
first, you are young at only 19 years old, this is a great time for you to try things out, take risks, expect to have failures and losses and see them as experience gained. In life, experience is the most valuable currency (or one of). Maybe you lose $50 today so that you can make $500 tomorrow. It's part of the process of success.....fail lots, fail big, and you'll get to success faster. Because you are still so young, you are able to better recover faster and have more time to work with....see things as "investments" rather than wasting money or losing money. Whatever you made today is not guaranteed to be there for you tomorrow, so take everything with gratitude rather than entitlement and greed. The way I see things for my small money making income from online is just "bonus money" or "extra pocket cash" or "icing on the cake", because you should have a steady/regular job that is the main staple and whatever you gain from these online ventures is just bonus until one day if you are able to quit your regular job to go full-time online and do what is you love or always wanted to do.

you should talk to therapist thats the best advice you can get here.

There's nothing to worry about in your age, if you experience your heart beating faster than normal occasionally. It's natural. Especially when taking a bath, where the temperature changes from hot to cold and vice versa. If you want to point your finger at something by any means, it can be a starting panic disorder caused by stress, in that case you should see a doctor.

The hardest part of a panic attack is realising your panicking, next hardest part is learning how to control your breathing.

Once you cop the skills to do those, you've already stopped the heart beating.

Edit: this is coming from someone that lost a $600 a day business due to a stupid mistake on my behalf lol
