A Little Virus/Malware Help

I downloaded a bunk plugin not to long ago, and ever since I have been getting a nasty redirect bug on my websites. Also there is a malicious script that is going through a few sites on my server and altering header.php and wp-blog-header.php..

This is seriously frustrating. Need some guidance here as I have never been through this before.
