im trying to work in ogads but i have a little question please

can i promote ogads link locker via bit.ly ??

i want to work in ebooks niche but there is a lot of books , i cant create a landing page for every books so i want to short the locker links with bit ly

is that legit ? and its ok with ogads's policy ?
